Serena Senior Care is a Baja California Corporation established in 2007 by a consortium of regional companies and professionals with the goal of providing the highest quality of Assisted Living and Property Care services for those who are enjoying their retirement years in Baja’s beautiful coastline.

We are registered with the State Health Department, insured and bonded to give you peace mind.

Professional Management Team

Flavio Olivieri, Executive Director
Mr. Olivieri has 17 years of business management and development experience in the San Diego-Baja California region, with some of the region’s leading organizations such as ATT, Sempra Energy and SAIC.  He has an MBA, MS in Electronic Commerce and a Bachelors Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.  He is an active member of Business Organizations such as the Tijuana Economic Development Council and the Tijuana Health Tourism Council.

Miguel A. Torres, Finance Director
Mr. Torres has 15 years of financial and business managemente experience in Mexico and in the US.  He has worked for organizations such as Ciemex-Wefa, Bancomer and PEMEX.  He also has extensive experience with new business ventures such as Grupo Tordez that manages sports retail stores and La Mision Financial Services.  He has an MBA and a bachelors degree in Finance, as well as Executive training in managing health organizations at John Hopkins University.

Jose A. Reynoso, Operations Manager
Mr. Reynoso has over 18 years of operations experience in the management and development of manufacturing and services sectors.  He was founder and Director of on of the region’s top Commercial Uniforms manufacturing and distriburion companies, with over 120 employees.

Patricia Contreras, Living Care Manager
Mrs. Contreras has over 30 years of experience in the medical services industry, as a certified Nurse in ICU and ER areas.  She served as head nurse for over 15 years at the Social Security Institute Hospital in Tijuana overseeing more than one hundred nurses.  She has extensive experience in elder care. Mrs. Contreras graduated as licensed nurse from the Baja California State University and continued her specialization studies in Intensive Care in Guadalajara, as well as Hospital Administration and Teaching.
